We offer our customers peace of mind with an industry-leading approach to pricing.

Our upfront fixed pricing, with premium specification as standard, represents great value for money and peace of mind to help you manage your budget.

We give you one upfront price that includes:

  • Upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans*
  • Your new Sarao Builder, chosen façade and any floorplan design options
  • Developer guidelines and Council costs
  • Any upgrades you choose for your new home
  • An allowance for additional interior design and electrical selections you desire

Once you sign the contract you’ll have peace of mind, knowing your price is fixed for up to 18 months to title.

A note about pricing on our website:
It’s important to note that the pricing shown is relevant for the current month (subject to availability) and is based on a site that’s titled at the time of signing a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC). For untitled land, an additional monthly charge for price protection will be applied, based on forecast title date (up to 18 months).

In these times of uncertainty, global material shortages and supply chain issues are increasingly putting pricing pressures on the building sector. Whilst we can absorb some of these costs, we’re constantly reviewing and adjusting pricing to ensure we can sustain a viable business and maintain build quality.
